Saudi Business Machines is the General Marketing and Services Representative for IBM in Saudi Arabia. The company distributes and supports the complete range of IBM hardware and software products in a variety of business sectors within the Kingdom. These sectors include production, refining and distribution within the oil and gas industry, as well as utilities, banking, health-care, government, airlines, commerce, manufacturing, engineering and education, as well as the private sector.

Saudi Business Machines offers a total solution by providing a wide range of customised industry solutions, systems integration, information systems management, training and general consultancy, applications development and customer education. Additional services include cabling systems, customer engineering services in the area of fibre optics, software customisation, site preparation and maintenance services.

In 1988, Saudi Aramco, the largest IBM user in the Kingdom, celebrated forty years of partnership with IBM. To commemorate this event, Saudi Aramco presented Juffali with the first IBM machine they had used in their installation.
